FIRST TIME CLIENTS MUST BOOK A CONSULTATION PRIOR TO THEIR FIRST APPOINTMENT .
Cancellation Policy
We have establish the following Cancellation and No-Show policy to ensure mutual respect of both your time and ours. We strive to provide a personalized, positive experience to all clients.
When you book an appointment that time is reserved especially for you.
We understand that schedule changes may be necessary . Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that all clients:
CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE WITHIN A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. 50% of your appointment rate will be charged to your card on file if you do not cancel in the appropriate amount of time . This fee must be paid before booking another appointment .
LATE ARRIVAL
If you arrive late to your appointment that time will be deducted from your appointment time. Example: If you booked a 60 minute (1 hr.) appointment and you arrived 10 minutes late you will have 50 minutes remaining for that appointment . You will be charged for the total rate of the appointment that you scheduled . If you arrive to your appointment later than 15 minutes you will be considered a No-Call No-Show and 100% of your appointment rate will be charged to your card on file.
NO-CALL NO-SHOW
In the event that you have a no-call no-show the card that you have on file will be charged 100% of the appointment rate . You will not be able to schedule another appointment until this fee is paid in full.
